Question on sending in multiple of the same coin 0

So I recently sent in a few coins for grading including 2x v75 Eagles. On the form I used separate lines for each coin and labeled them properly. When I receive the coins back, will they still be labeled with the line number? One coin is mine and the others is my wife's, so if they come back with different grades(very likely) I'd like to know who's coin is who's.
