V75 ASE Submission Deadline 1 1

My first submission and it appears USPS will deliver the day after the 12/7 cutoff (it was supposed to deliver on 12/7).  Will it still qualify for FDOI?  In fact, since all were sold first day, why have a cutoff?

 

Just got confirmation, they arrived today.

Hello,

As long as the coins were in our facility before the cutoff, you will receive the Early/First Releases.

I guess I was not clear.  USPS said it would get there 12/7 (the cutoff date), but delivered it on 12/8.  Since all of these were sold on the same day (in 90 minutes), why is there a cutoff date?
