This the one I saw i was talking about.  It looks like it is still in the same package as yours.

 The other one they showed you was took out of its package and looked pretty rough. Probably why they didn't sell it.

While it might sell (and if so, possibly for more), presently, the seller has an unmet $19 starting bid.

Check this out guys. This is what it actually is. I was just concerned about the coin. The whole thing is in good shape. Any info?

The only other one I saw like it that is still in its original packaging is on Ebay. Its in the link I posted above yesterday.

Well if it wasn't gold plated it would have been worth between $12 and $15 (sold prices on ebay), now that it has been plated, maybe worth a couple dollars.  The gold plating is considered to be damage so you have a damaged commemorative half dollar.
