The ANA sponsored a virtual seminar presented by Rick Snow. It is recorded if you haven't seen it. It should be posted on the ANA website in a week or two. While it was only two hours long compared to his class that's something like twenty two hours - he gave an interesting presentation - at least to me who has never really paid all that much attention to cents. They are an interesting series. As is the Brisitsh Penny (had to throw that in). Almost makes me want to purchase Rick's book and add it to my pile of to be reads. It's a pretty high pile currently.

anyone else watch it and have comments on it?

I haven't watched it. I don't have his book, either.

I have interacted with Rick Snow at shows, however. He sold me one of the prizes of my collection, the 1908S Indian Cent in MS-65+ RD PL, ex QDB

Rick's books will let you cherrypick good varieties most dealers/collectors don't know exist.  Excellent addition to any numismatic library and if they go out of print the price will soar.  I've found that the prices for many books out perform most of the coins I have collected.

That is actually a really interesting observation. I've noticed the price for the Graham book on Reeded Edge Half varieties has soared.

Why do you think that is? Book prices soar, but values for the coins they describe aren't really affected?

Is it for the cherrypicker environment?
