Is that the mint mark on Lincoln's face? And I can't make out the letters on his chin. And one have an opinion or what I should do with penny.

Welcome to the forum.  Unfortunately this is not an error at all, just random damage.

As stated, that is just Damage. What you think is an error is impossible to happen during the striking of the coin. The only time you can have a random letter or number appear without it being damage is if you have what is called a "dropped letter" which in this case it is not.
