There are two known DDO's for this date/mm, I do not see the PUPs (pick up points) for either in your photos.  However taking photos of coins in a holder can cause issues with glare and reflection.  Please take the coin out of the holder and take  new photos as clear and close of the L and E of Liberty, and we'll see if that will help to nail it yes or no.

Unless a better picture of the detail in the L and E show me different, I would have to say it is not the same. From your photo supplied, I can't see the split serif on the  L.
