Covid boredom has led me to start coin collecting, primarily searching rolls. I found this toasty quarter, but it has some weird issues. Large blob of metal on both sides, and seemingly abnormal amount of erosion for the year. I have attached pictures of both sides of the coin. What is going on with this guy?
