I want to upgrade to Premium or Elite membership for grading a batch of coins. Just wonder what's the main difference in terms of benefits. Also can I use $150 Credit with NGC to pay for the grading fee? Is Bulk Submission Rates only for count above 100? Does 10% Off NGC Grading discount apply immediately to my submission? Thanks a lot!

You can upgrade your membership at any time.  The $150 will go towards your grading fees.  The Premium Membership will only give you the $150 grading credit.  The Elite Membership will give you the $150 grading credit plus a 10% discount off of the grading fees.  Bulk submission will need to be 100 of the same type of coin and the 10% will not be applied to Bulk submissions.  The 10% discount will be issued to submissions after you upgrade.  It will not be applied to any orders that you might have in house already.
