Would anybody know if this wheat penny Value and or does anyone see any doubling any and all advice would be greatly appreciated

Value would depend on condition and can't really tell condition from those pictures as it might have been cleaned or polished.

It also has a BIG scratch.  So figure 5 to 10 cents at best.

The photos have far too much glare and are out of focus to give any thoughts on condition, however that nasty scratch is clearly visible and destroys any numismatic value.
