I have purchased several NGC slabbed coins that I believe would restore beautifully. Some of the coins are pictured in the NGC photo database. Can the conservation folks look at a coin and know if it can be restored by their own pictures? thanks and sorry if this is a dumb question. Link to post Share on other sites
