The answer to your original question is yes, you should nearly always grade all coins you care about. But what you really meant was whether you should pay $30-60 to have them graded by a service, and the answer is only if you are pretty sure that they are worth enough money to make $30-60 well worth spending, and also if you are pretty sure they won't come back non genuine, or with a details grade (problem coin).

I don't follow these as they don't interest me at all but I don't think that "BIE" coins are worth very much of a premium, hopefully someone that follows these can give you good market advice.
