1883-O Morgan Proof? 0

     Is this coin just a proof like morgan dollar? Or is it one of the rare 1883-O proofs? I have a hard time telling the differences between proofs and prooflike morgan dollars. Does anyone know how to tell if this morgan dollar is a proof? Thank you.

That's a Business Strike PL. Chances of having a Branch Mint Proof are pretty remote as there are only 12 known.

 Ok Thanks! Just out of curiosity how do you know if it is a proof like or proof? I also saw on the registry that there have been 1883-o proofs. What would the 1883-o proofs look like?

The location of the MM and the rims are telling points. Also Proofs don't have that deep Cameo as per your Morgan.
