Can I sell Silver on these boards 0

New to this board and was wondering if I can sell silver ( rounds , bullion , Silver Eagles , etc.) just got a few of these 1981 U.S. Assay Office Silver Trade Unit 1 Troy OZ 999 Fine Silver Round to sell plus some other things.

Everything you mentioned falls under "Items must be numismatic in nature."
