invoice date error 0

I have what appears to be a 1907 Saint Gaudens Double eagle coin, and I'm trying to send it in to test its authenticity, however on the form, when i enter "1907," for the date, it says that "the date must be a number," am I entering the date wrong? I'm new to this process and I'm not sure what to do.
