Does NGC charge "by the grade"? 0

There's a post on another forum discussing bulk submissions at various TPGs that says "Unless NGC has made a change NGC charges you by the grade. 66 cost more than 65 but less than 67 etc. "

This sounds like utter nonsense to me, but I thought I would ask here. The only thing in your "Services & Fees" remotely close to that notion is reholdering $10k+ coins costs more. "Prescreen" service says "call for rates" but I don't seen how you could be pre-assigning 65, 66, 67 during a pre-screen and then adjusting your rates.

Thank you.  Yes, we offer bulk, prescreen grading and charge by the grade.  You would need to be an Authorized NGC Dealer or and Elite Member through our Collectors-Society.  You would need to submit a minimum of 100 of the same type of coin.
