2019 Innovation Dollar, is this a double die?

I don't know what the composition of these is, but it looks more like a linear plating flaw/bubble to me than any kind of doubling. I assume that they're using single-press hubbing same as any other coin, and if so, traditional "doubled die" isn't really possible on these. It would have to be some kind of "skipping" of the hub against the die, and my understanding is that this type occurs more in the center of the coin.

@kbbpll Thank you,

I don't think they are plated, I am pretty sure they are clad. (6% Zinc, 3.5% Manganese, 2% Nickel, Balance Copper) US Mint. That would rule out Flaw bubble. Of course, I could be wrong and I will just accept it as a plating bubble for now until I can research further. I don't think I have ever seen a Dollar coin with doubling. Thanks again
