Coin submission is supposed to ship back via USPS Express Mail 0

Can you check 4767313?  I wanted to verify it is shipping back overnight on my USPS express account.

It looks like when they charged me they added a shipping charge for registered mail.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time it has happened.

I put on the form to ship it back via Express Mail.

Can you get it set to return via Express Mail ?

They have my form on file.  Can you refund to my credit card for the charge?
