Possible designer initials on Antiochus VIII Tet 0

So I have recently been attempting to master the coins of the Selucid Empire for the past few years. I have multiple coins that I am constantly studying to figure out varieties and whatnot. Today I came across something that I find interesting. I see the greek "ιηρ" on the bottom right side of Pallas' cloak. I immediately think that they are some sort of marker or a workshop--so I research this phenomenon and find nothing. I looked in Sear as well only to find nothing provident. I am very much stuck and need assistance to attribute this correctly. And remember, this could also be nothing and only the material in the sheath or basket. [see the closeup]

If this checks out, we can further figure out the designer. Or I'll just look stupid if it is just part of the basket!

I have found similar dies that have the same markings as mine. [see attached]

 

Heres a more common type with the same reverse as a reference to my type.  [without the possible initials]

 

 

So for all the numismatists that are more specialized in me with these Tetradrachms, send your opinions. Im sure its a hoax but is still interesting one way or another.
