I can't tell from the picture if there is a small die chip in the D mintmark or if it is just damaged. No big deal either way, small die chips are very common. Oh, and welcome to the forum! It is a term used on eBay and estey when there is a broken post on a D mm to try and dupe unsuspecting newbies into thinking that it is a genuine error. It doesn't really add any value to the coin.
