Came with a wrapper on the reverse. Went all the way to the edges of the penny. Look how cleanly the Lincoln memorial and e PLURIBUS unum are pressed into the wrapping like it was suction sealed onto the surface.

Went over the edges of the coin with little stipples dots at the edges of the wrapping

Also noticed heavy die polishing marks running vertically on the obverse of the coin. Looks like a matte proof coin judging from how well struck the devices are. Same coin out of the light.

Found this pic of a 1964 sms penny. The toning of blue and magenta are similar.

Also has the markers posted on Heritage auctions about a small black dot behind Lincoln’s head and one underneath the date.

The rim and devices are much deeper and richer. Hints of rose gold and magenta. It fits the description.
