Terence8788
Thinking about sending this coin in as a proof like coin, would it score as a PL? I'm thinking its 63-64PL
VKurtB
I don’t THINK SO, but please understand that determining that from a still photo is a fool’s errand. This PL thing requires “motion” to hazard any sort of guess. Crawtomatic
Greenstang
A PL Morgan should have a mirror like field that you can see a reflection from 2-4 inches. I don't see that from the picture supplied but you can test it yourself.

But please understand that’s a lot higher than I thought from just the stills. Good shootin’.

Crawtomatic
Looks like rub on the high points of the laurel wreath and curls. I'm not sure it'd get an MS grade.
Jade Collection
I don't think it will. Send it in and let us know!
VKurtB
Keep in mind that really sweet-looking 1880-S Morgans are close to ubiquitous. There won't be much premium even if it were to get the PL designation. Same with 1904-O and several other dates. I don't care about VAMs and I never have. Heck, I barely care about Morgan dollars at all.
