Yes there is a lot of deteriorations but I see the double die here and I can't find it anywhere on the web what do you think is in the new discovery and would it be valueable..I see not 2 but 3 5's on date

Sorry, no doubling on that coin. Just deterioration and damage.

Also it is impossible to have three 5's, there are only two on the die.

No third 5.  Just a hole / cavity likely caused by corrosion of some sort...

With that much damage in the date area it could be anything EXCEPT a DDO.  I know you think you are seeing the tail of a third 5, butto be that strong and that far over you would also be seeing strong similar doubling of all the othere digits as well, plus similar offset doubling on all the rest of the legends.
