Can someone please tell me what is going on with Abe here? He’s got some line of metal running from behind/ on top of his head around through his ear and mouth. It really looks like he’s wearing a head gear. Lol

Any ways any and all input would be greatly appreciated by this newbie!

That bubbling is the result of occluded gas between the zinc base and the brass plating. It's very common on the Zincolns dated 1982-85.

Hello again,

I agree with the plating bubble assessment as well.  In looking at the mint mark, I do not see anything that would indicate that it is doubled to me.
