Thanks for the reply, so your saying it's alerted with after it left the mint? I found it in loose change and live in Denver, so I was hopeful..

A full shot of the obverse and reverse would have been helpful but from what I can see, 

it  is either a Dryer Coin or has been spooned. In any case it is PMD

Yep. Would make a tiny ring, so my guess is the dryer.
