Small glue & pregnant slab

Hi, just want to know about a slightly pregnant NGC holder (middle part) of my 2018 S10Y panda.

Also a small glue area in the edge of NGC holder of 2019 S10Y panda.

Are these normal for some reason or it should be very neat and clean?

NGC Cert lookup is ok and looks same.

The glued or melted part is in the left edge (pointed arrow lock)

Here is what i called pregnant on upper part of the coin of the slab (bar code portion), little bit indented.
