Will NGC fix their errors made to past graded coins without charge?

So I have a couple coins graded by ngc that are not labeled correctly that I purchased from prior owners.

  One says it a 31mm when measured is obviously a 30mm.  And also another medals description doesn't match other ngc descriptions of the same medal.  

  When trying to add to  registry the graded coins cannot be added to the collection of like coins due to the mislabeling.  Not a huge deal but it would be nice when purchasing NGC graded coins if everything matched to like coins.
