Given the quality of the picture and the lack of explanation, I can only assume you're talking about the rim damage, and that looks like that's all it is - rim damage. I'm not aware of any mint errors that would produce a look like that, but others may know something I don't.

Well, Revenant, you were able to discern more from that photo than I was.  I'd say that it's rim damage as well, now that I have a better idea of what's going on there.
