Is this a cud

Hi coin people, rookie here. Is this what they call a cud? It's on the rim and there's a little bump on it. It looks like part of the coin. Any help ? I took the best pics I could.

A cud occurs when a section of the die , usually near the rim, breaks away, leaving a void in the surface of the die. This results in a corresponding raised area on the surface of the coin.
