1937 jeez this 1937 lincoln cent looks as if it was stuck over tenth ounce eagle idk?

Same here. On the positive side, if you chose to have it tested for gold, you couldn't do it any harm, so if you feel strongly about it, the solution is in your power.

Absolutely correct.  Also, such an occurrence is impossible.  The first 1/10 oz Gold Eagle was struck in 1986......almost 50 years after the cent was struck.  Quarter Eagles were also gone by then as well, with the last issue being struck in 1929.  I see no way for a gold 1937 cent to exist.
