Invoice date changed

I received an email notification that my submission was received 10-23. I had called today to ask a general question about NCS (related to one of my submissions) and I noticed that my invoice date changed to 10-26. Will this have any bearing on when the submissions will move through the process?

Thank you for your post. The invoice was "pre-received" into our system which allows the customer to see that it is safe and items are accounted for. We then look over the items more closely and then receive it into our system. This is part of the normal process and does not have a bearing on the estimated turnaround time.
