USPS never delivered coin

I have coin that is lost in USPS space, it was insured for 4K. I have notified NGC customer service to file a claim.

Can anyone inform me with info regarding time to resolving this issue?

Thank you for your post. It looks like the package was delivered on 10/20/18. Please let me know if this was not the case.
