What kind of registry set is this

Hello and welcome to the boards!  I noticed that you have made several posts asking for help. You may find it particularly helpful to purchase A Guide Book of United States Coins 2018: The Official Red Book. This book is a good starting point to build on basic knowledge of US coins and should help answer most the questions you have. Interpret the prices listed in the book with caution. Just because a coin books at $X does not mean that it will sell for $X.

To answer your question, the two on the left are mint sets (copper nickel). The hard plastic is a proof set (copper nickel), and the third is a mint state silver Eisenhower dollar (40% silver).

And all of them are 1973.  The only Ike dollar you are missing now is the 40% silver proof version, the lowest mintage Ike dollars.  Fortunately still common enough to not be expensive.

It is not any kind of a Registry Set.
