Is this a Rare Type I DD/O 1979 S proof error set

Ok so I received in the mail today a type I 1979 s mint proof set and immediately I noticed some very odd things Especially on the Kennedy half dollar and the SBA dollar coins! The set is a type I , I know due to the unclear S mint mark, however I immediately noticed doubling and odd strike through type marks

Yeah......it's impossible to really see anything from the pics provided.  We'll definitely need some clearer pics on this one.
