Heritage just sold an AU58 1795 FH$ for $72,000

I was watching this coin. Looks like a very nice coin, but $72,000 is a bit too steep for AU58, isn't it? (The last one they sold in the same grade with CAC went for $54,000)

Maybe it will come back in MS holder soon?

Those pictures don't really do the coin justice. There is no chance it will come back MS - there is clear and obvious wear, but this is an above average specimen. The price is a bit high, yes, but the coin is gorgeous.

Another 2 leaves variety sold for $87k earlier this year (Stacks). However, it looked a lot nicer photo-wise. This coin looks washed out in the photo, but may look much better in hand.
