Capone1929
Hello everyone, My name is David in NM, My son found a small hoard of various old nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, and dollars in an abandoned barn type building when he was 10 years old almost 10 years ago, and this possible 1892 "O" and or micro "O" was in the hoard, I was wondering if it is authentic, because if we sell it or Have it graded we want to make sure it's GENUINE after what we have already read about them. ANY help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you, David Nm Edited May 5, 2018 by Capone1929 More photos
Member: Seasoned Veteran DWLange Posted May 7, 2018 Member: Seasoned Veteran Share Posted May 7, 2018 That's the normal size mintmark for 1892-O. Here's the Micro O: https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-explorer/barber-half-dollars-1892-1915-pscid-41/1892-o-micro-o-50c-ms-coinid-516463
