Question about this prooflike markka and conservation

I have this prooflike markka coin and I would like to know if there is any chance that it will benefit from NCS conservation (spots on reverse). There is NGC Europe grading week in June and I was planning to send this and some other coins there. But if there is a possibility that this coin can benefit from conservation I'll send this coin to NCS instead.

Thank you for your question. We cannot provide a definitive answer via images but they appear to be milk spots. If they are milk spots, we would not be able to remove via conservation.

Thank you for your answer. I will send this coin to NGC Europe grading week. I'll write on customer notes that if NGC sees this coin as candidate for NCS Conservation to send it there.
