Circulated Proof Morgan Dollars ?

4 posts in this topic

One more question ... I have a bunch of these Morgan Dollars sitting around, and a lot of them are just as shiny as the one in the far right of this picture. Would you say that these are "circulated proofs" ??    Are they just really clean coins?  Or is there another term to describe them??  Unfortunately, most of the ones I have that look like this are from 1921, which is the least desirable year for collectors ... but they sure are pretty =D

Thanks again for your help !!   You guys are awesome !!

I can't really tell if any of them have been cleaned but they are just normal circulated morgans. You should search images of prooflike morgans and you will get an idea of the difference between normal circulated morgans and prooflike ones.
