Does NGC still do the label buyback program mentioned here: https://www.ngccoin.com/news/article/4438/label-buyback-program-/

Or if not, is there some other way to accomplish this?

Thank you for your question. We do provide a $0.50 credit to the paid members account for each label returned to us. These can be hand delivered at a show or mailed to our office. Please be sure to include your account number along with the labels to ensure that the credit is applied to the proper account.
