1879 Morgan CC

Hi guys.  I am fairly new to the coin collecting world.  I just submitted an 1879 Morgan CC to be graded by NGC. It came back as AU Details Obverse Spot Removed.  How much does that hurt the value?  What would be a fair value of that coin today?  Thanks for your help!
