Are there any varieties in the 80's series quarters?  Are they collectable based upon grade? What grade would this be just guessing

I can't tell what the mintmark is. 

Sure, there are varieties, but the vast majority of them aren't worth anything. 

You have a circulated quarter worth 25 cents.

it looks in 64-65 area. The uncirculated 1982 and 1983 P and D are harder to find uncirculated because the mint did not have uncirculated mint sets those years.
