John merchant hand signed 40 2017S silver eagles when he received the David Rittenhouse award at the ceremony.The coin came with certification photo of him signing the coins by NGC. Looking for a value on these coins. This hand autograph coin also has autographed label (congratulation set early releases) PF70 ULTRA CAMEO 4554795-063.

I would say more than just bullion, as it is a proof from SF.
