It shows on Zillow that there are few rooms in Col. E.H.G's mansion for sale, but my eyes were popped out after see the price for those such a small room.

If I'm getting this straight, they essentially turned the mansion into apartments?

900sq ft isn't much, maybe I'll just buy it and house only my coin collection there.

Given the size, the little rooms were probably in the servant's quarters, unless they have knocked down the walls and reconfigured the whole place.
