Collection Manager - Search Terms

I just started using Collection Manager. Created a Custom Set. Using the Search to find a description has been very frustrating. In particular, I have multiple 5-pc US Proof Sets starting from the early 70's but despite trying many different searches, the results never show Proof Sets. It does show some items like Apollo 14 medals so I "assume" that Proof Sets are in the database. Anyone know what the proper search criteria should be to find Proof (and Mint) sets? Thanks!

Collection Manager does not allow for a set in one entry. Each coin in a set must be entered individually.
