How to handle active corrosion

I am a Chinese。Today I received the result ，one of my coins is not encapsulated because of  active corrosion.I will upload its' pictures and want to know how to handle active corrosion, this coin can be recovered or give up.

Thank you for your question. I apologize for the delayed response. This coin could benefit from our conservation services as we would be able to stop the active corrosion. Depending on the severity of the corrosion it may receive a details grade with a notation of "corrosion." If it contains light corrosion we may be able to remove the residue and provide a numerical grade.
