I found the EBay listing and suggest you return the coin. It's clearly not Unc. or free of problems. 

And you should consider learning about coins and grading, before spending additional money on over-graded/misrepresented coins like that one.

Yes, Mark is right. It is recommending to buy the coins that are already graded by well-known third party grading if you are not aware how to identify the coin's grade.

EF details, harshly polished. This is not a coin I would recommend purchasing. I don't know how much you spent on it, but if you paid an UNC price for it as Mark implies, then I would recommend returning it. 

 

I would recommend purchasing one of these coins which has already been graded as problem free.
