Blue colored reverse and gold colored obverse Type 1 1976 Eisenhower

I retrieved this coin from a mint set that seemed to have very thin fluid on the revers side. However as you cn see the obverse is the traditional goldfish patina. is his a gradable coin or only certifiable?

Thank you for your question. We do grade this type of coin.  If our graders feel that there is a film or residue on the surface of the coin they will suggest that it goes through our conservation service before grading.
