Here is my favorite coin:

Silver Pattern Rupee, 1834, obv WILLIAM IIII KING , reeded edge (SW 1.25; Pr 172), PR 65.

Firstly due to the rarity of these patterns.

And, this is the first pattern struck for the new coinage planned for India, and this series of 1834 pattern rupees paved the way for the size of the Rupee that we will watch transform over the next 133 years.
