If the coin is as clean in hand as it look sin the images, I would guess MS66.

I'd guess 65, with the numerous luster grazes in the left obverse fields precluding a 66 grade.

RESULTS:

 

The majority of voters were correct: MS64

 

However, some were in agreement with me that it sure looks 65 possibly 66...
