I would say no because I don't find the toning to be attractive. To me it's too dark. The coin probably grades MS-65 under the toning, but my experience with Franklin half grading is that it can be all over the place.

It is 65, not FBL. Even in 65FBL, it is debateable whether it is worth it - with no FBL, it is definitely not.

 

The toning appears moderately attractive, and is original. This is characteristic mint set toning.

 

The only way this would be worth it would be if it were Bugs Bunny, but it doesn't appear to be in your pictures.
