Bulk submission rates

Can someone please tell me what charges are involved per coin to submit bulk silver one ounce coins post 2000 to NGC,amounts to say 50 coins,i cannot find any info on the website

Thanks for the question. Collectors Society Elite members may submit coins for bulk submission rates. The minimum submission requirement is 100 coins of the same type. To read find rates and instructions, Elite members can login here.

Would 25 to 30 proof sets in say the 90's or 2000 to 2010 qualify as a group of 100 or more?

A bulk submission would need to be 100 or more coins of the same type so 25 to 30 proof sets would not meet these requirements. You would need to submit, for example, 100 Lincoln Memorial Cents to qualify for bulk submission rates.
